2009: Starting From Zero

I opened my insurance agency from scratch. No playbook. Very little training. Big goals. Real pressure.

I remember the weight of it—trying to grow production, hire the right people, hit carrier goals, keep clients happy, and somehow make payroll. There were nights I'd lie awake wondering if I was doing this right.

2011: The Turning Point

Everything changed when I met a $10M agency owner who became a mentor. He showed me what was possible with the right systems and mindset.

Together, we built processes and a performance culture that scaled the book to over $40Mbefore it sold. That experience revealed a truth most agency owners don't realize until it's too late:

2015: Sharing What Works

I started training other agencies and producers, sharing the systems and strategies that had transformed my own business. Since then, I've worked with 1,000+ agencies and 10,000+ producers nationwide.

What sets my training apart is simple: I'm not an outside consultant teaching theory. I'm an active agency owner teaching what actually works in the real world.

2025: Proving It Again

In July 2025, I purchased a $14M book in Dallas, Texas. Six months later, we finished at $16.5M premium, hitting 130% of required production and maximizing all carrier bonuses.
